003 / The work

One pipeline.
Every file in the case.

Cross-file entity search

Search a badge. Find every appearance.

Volume tiers above. Firm-wide annual cap: $25,000 on a 12-month commit, for firms processing up to 10 TB / year. Higher volumes move to a custom Enterprise contract with negotiated pricing. Standard practice for any cloud vendor at that scale (AWS, Datadog, Stripe).

12-month price lock: your subscription tier and per-GB rate are frozen for the duration of your contract term. Public list-price changes never affect existing customers mid-term. Rates only change at renewal, with 60-day advance written notice. Full clause on the buyer-guarantee page.

Estimates use industry-average rates. Your actual numbers depend on case mix, paralegal load, and the tools your firm already runs. Sign up free, run a real case, and the meter is visible to the dollar on your billing page.

Buyer guarantees

Three things in writing before you sign.

Procurement asks the same three questions every time. We answer them in the contract, not the sales call.

  • 30-day full-export window after cancellation
  • Public REST API for bulk export (planned Q4 2026)
  • Cryptographic erasure with signed certificate

Frequently asked questions

Not finding what you need? Email hello@caseflow.me and we'll get back to you the same business day.

    • How is this different from ChatGPT or general AI?

ChatGPT can't ingest 80 hours of bodycam, preserve attorney work product, or keep an immutable audit trail. We built Caseflow for criminal defense specifically. Transcription, OCR, face and badge detection, AI summaries, all in one pipeline with full Brady-trail logging.

    • What happens to my client's data?

Every firm gets isolated storage encrypted with a per-tenant KMS key. Your data is never used to train models. TLS 1.3 in transit. US-only AWS us-east-1. BAA signed on request. Default retention is 90 days post-case-close, configurable.

    • Are AI summaries admissible in court?

The summary is your work product. Caseflow is a tool, not a witness. The underlying transcripts and OCR'd documents are the evidence, and every claim in the summary links back to its source frame and timestamp so your team can verify.

    • Which languages do you support?

Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, French, Portuguese, and 13 more. Each transcript shows the original alongside the English translation. If your case needs a language we don't list, we usually add it in about a week.

    • How accurate is the transcription?

98%+ on clear English audio. Lower on noisy bodycam wind or multi-speaker overlap. Caseflow flags low-confidence segments so your team knows where to verify.

    • Can my paralegals and investigators use it too?

Yes. The Practice and Firm plans include multi-attorney seats with role-based access (owner, admin, member). Members can upload files, view summaries, and generate exports. They can't change firm settings or billing.

    • Do you offer pilots for public defender offices?

Yes. Annual fixed-price contracts, security questionnaires, RFP-ready documentation, net-60 invoicing. Reach out via the demo form and we'll route you to the public-defender team directly.

    • What does it cost?

Sign up free. $100 of processing credit when you add a card. Flat plans cover features (multi-attorney, SSO, BAA, audit export). Usage scales at $10/GB. No surprise overages, we email you before any charge hits.

    • What if I want to leave?

Full data export of every file, transcript, summary, and audit-log entry in standard formats (mp4 / wav / pdf / xlsx / json). No proprietary lock-in. Cryptographic erasure of your tenant on request with a signed certificate.
